Playing Catch Up

Posted by Lady Artisan under: General Bookbinding; General Rambling; KSProject .

I’ve started two posts here over the past few months and never finished either of them. But both are worth finishing so I’ll endeavor to get them done in the next month or so and get them posted. Fortunately, I never promised to be daily about this or I’d have failed miserably.

I’m presently in the midst of doing four hard cover, fabric books and one leather one. Ran into some snags with the fabric books and I’m still working through the process on the leather one.

My KS Project is still in limbo–I have the hinge pieces, text block, clay and embellishments sitting on my work table with the design drawn out waiting for me to get back to it. I think I was originally planning on doing a braided handle on it but, since I’ve done one of those (hmmm, I should do another post for that), I’ll probably do a different type of binding.

And, finally, I had some comments on one of my posts that I never got emailed about so they’ve been sitting there unanswered for months. I really hate not answering comments, so I’ve got to play catch up on that, as well.
